Jack Johnston is a results-oriented supply chain professional with proven leadership developed through distinguished military service.   His career has been established at Urban Outfitters Inc., the fastest growing internet retailer, and his performance has exceeded production metrics.  He is responsible for managing an outbound process and leading the effectiveness of more than 30 associates within the operation.  Additionally, he provides oversight for the safety of his team, quality of the customer experience, as well as the overall health of the building’s state-of-the-art warehouse control system.
